Turkey Meatballs

If you have tried ANY of Ariana's recipes, you know they are well worth the time and effort! These meatballs are THE BEST you will EVER have (in my obviously non-biased opinion lol).
Ingredients
For Meatballs
Ground turkey - 1 1/2 lb
Large Egg - 1
Almond Flour - 1 cup
Garlic Cloves (minced) - 2
Italian Seasoning - 2 tsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
Black Pepper - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
*optional: Teriyaki Sauce (for topping)

For Tomatoes
Cherry Tomatoes - 2 pints
Olive Oil - 1 tbsp
Italian Seasoning - 1 tsp
Garlic Cloves (minced) - 2
Chopped Basil - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a rimmed pan with tin foil. *I sprayed my foil-lined pan with non-stick spray.
In large bowl combine and mix all meatball ingredients EXCEPT THE TERIYAKI SAUCE. Roll 12 meatballs from the mixture and place on the lined pan.
In separate bowl, combine all tomato ingredients and place tomatoes between the meatballs. *I sliced some of my tomatoes in half.
*Optional - Drizzle Teriyaki Sauce over meatballs
Place your pan of meatballs & tomatoes in the oven to cook for 30 minutes.
Can be served as is or on top of rice or noodles.
