Sugarless Mojito

The PERFECT refreshing low carb cocktail! Super easy, super quick and extremely yummy!


  • 2 tbs fresh mint leaves

  • 1 tsp lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon of a sugar substitute (I use Truvia)

  • ice cubes

  • club soda

  • 1 fl oz light rum *optional


1. Smash/muddle mint leaves in bottom of your cup or glass with a wooden spoon.

2. Add lime juice, *rum, sweetener and ice to a separate cup with a lid and shake until well mixed. (A cocktail shaker is ideal if you have one)

3. Pour drink mixture into the cup that has smashed mint leaves and top with club soda.
