1 - pound ground chicken
2 - cloves garlic (minced)
1 - onion (diced)
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 - tablespoons soy sauce
1 - tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 - tablespoon ginger
1 - tablespoon Sriracha (optional)
1 - 8oz. can diced water chestnuts (drained)
2 - green onions (sliced)
Salt and black pepper
1 - head butter lettuce
1 - tablespoon olive oil
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add ground chicken and cook until browned. Be sure to break apart the chicken as it cooks.
Stir in soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sriracha, garlic, onion, hoisin. Cook until onions are translucent.
Mix in water chestnuts and green onions.
Season with salt/pepper.
Add desired amount of scoops of meat to lettuce leaves and enjoy!
