Okay guys so my aunt makes an AMAZING low carb banana pudding cake. However, I mostly prefer just the pudding part. So, here is my revised version of her delicious dessert!
1 -2 (1.34oz) Jello vanilla sugar free mix (for a less-thick & sweeter pudding, use 2)
7oz fat free brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 package of cream cheese (room temperature)
1 small carton heavy whipping cream (cold)
1 package of Pepperidge Farm Chessman or Nilla Wafers cookies
Bananas sliced thin (1 for small pudding and 2 for large family pudding)
*optional* Whip Cream (aerosol can)
In mixing bowl blend together cream cheese and half of the sweetened condensed milk.
Mix pudding according to instructions on package.
In another bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks appear.
Mix pudding into cream cheese mixture.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Stir in whipped cream.
In your final bowl/container, crush enough cookies to cover the bottom of the container.
Begin alternating layers of pudding, bananas, and cookies.
*Top off with whip cream layer and cookies on top.
